Last night I found out that Slayer guitarist Jeff Hanneman died, aged 49.
Jeff was my favourite member of the band and he wrote some their best cuts. My brother was more of a Slayer fan than I was but I’ve still got a massive soft spot for ‘Show No Mercy.’ Take a listen to this riff. It’s amazing. R.I.P. Jeff.
